I offer different packages of music to accommodate bridal couples’ needs.

Package 1: R 3 000
Wedding ceremony

All music for the formal wedding ceremony (Maximum 90 minutes):

  • Dr Paul Potgieter plays the flute / pan flute or other instruments:
    • Before the start of the ceremony,
    • with the entrance of the bride,
    • special item while the bridal couple exchange rings,
    • special item while bridal couple signs the register,
    • Accompany congregation’s singing (if any) or playing with organist/ accompanist,
    • While guests leave the chapel,
    • When bridal couple leave the chapel.

Package 2: R 3 500
Wedding ceremony and live music after ceremony:

  • Music during the wedding ceremony (Package 1) and:
  • Live music while the guests relax, waiting for bridal party to take photos.
  • Music played on accordion / flute / pan flute.
  • Maximum 60 minutes.

Pacgkage 3: R 4 000
Complete wedding

Live music during the following parts of the wedding:

  • During the formal ceremony (Package 1)
  • While the guests relax (package 2)
  • During the reception:
    • While guests arrive in the venue, await the arrival of the bridal couple
    • When bridal couple enters the venue,
    • Background music between speeches and formalities,
    • Background music during the meal
    • Maximum 2 hours at reception.

Longer playing

R 1 000 per hour or part of an hour to play longer than specified above.

Exstra musicians

Addisionele musici:

I regularly perform with Mr Tiisetso Mohale, double bass player from Johannesburg symphony orchestra. The combination of the deep tones of the double bass and the sweet tones of the flute / pan flute or accordion adds depth and character to the music.

Additional fee: R 1 000

Sound system: No charge

I prefer using my own sound system to play backtracks and to ensure that all can enjoy the music. This system is sufficient for a venue seating 1 000 people.

The master of ceremonies, speakers or singer are welcome to use my microphones.

Travelling costs:

Unfortuynately I have to add travelling costs to my fees when performing more than 20 km from Alberton.
